With the increasing of safety investment in coal mine,the safety production effect is obvious.However,the recent rebound of coal mine production accidents shows that the current situation of coal mine safety production is still severe,as the main body of coal mine production people's safety awareness is weak,mental health level is low,safety behavior level is not high,unable to achieve effective self-management is the main cause of coal mine production accidents.Based on the current line miners underground work environment is poor,large labor intensity,operation time,family coordination of psychological problems,such as hard work,from the perspective of positive psychology,play the internal advantage of the positive role of,improve the rontline workers in the enterprise engaged and esteemed,enhance their subjective well-being,strengthen the miner's main body responsibility consciousness,suffering consciousness and the safe production of the bottom line of thinking,actively prompted miners in safety production,from the source to reduce accident of coal mine safety production.In order to clarify the mechanism of organizational identification on miners' unsafe behaviors,this paper expounds the following parts: firstly,taking positive psychology as the core theory,based on organizational identification theory,safety behavior theory and differential order pattern theory,the structural equation model of organizational identification and miners' unsafe behaviors is constructed.The second is to describe the general situation of Z coal mine,the source place of the sample,and the personnel structure of first-line miners,and to collect data for first-line miners.Third,SPSS22.0 software was used for data entry and analysis,including reliability and validity analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.AMOS24.0 software was used to test the structural equation model,including direct effect test and intermediate effect test.Fourthly,based on the conclusion of this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to improve the safety management mode of coal mine enterprises.The research shows that miners' age,length of service,educational level and marital status have different effects on organizational identity,subjective well-being and unsafe behavior.The three dimensions of organizational identity,sense of membership,loyalty and similarity have significant negative effects on the unsafe behaviors of employees.Subjective well-being mediates between organizational identification and unsafe behaviors of miners,and the mediating effects of sense of membership and similarity are stronger.The perception of difference order atmosphere plays a moderating role in the relationship between organizational identification and subjective well-being.The high degree of perception of difference order atmosphere will weaken the positive effect of organizational identification on subjective well-being.This article research from the Angle of positive psychology,subjective well-being psychological as intermediary variables,this advantage has been clear about the influence mechanism of organizational identification on miners' unsafe behavior,for managers to improve the management pattern of coal mining enterprises,improve the organization of the miners were to regulating the production safety of the miners,effectively reduce production safety accidents caused by unsafe behavior provides the theory instruction,is advantageous to the coal enterprises to achieve the goals of safety and the safety of the long-term development.
