In recent years,the traditional category cigarettes in domestic cigarette market tend to be saturated.The new cigarette category began to grow explosively.Among them,the growth of fine tobacco is particularly significant.In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition of international and domestic tobacco industry,meet the needs of diversified and personalized products in the market,after full demonstration,China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co.,Ltd decided to build Changsha cigarette factory into a R & D and production base of fine cigarettes in the future.After the approval of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co.,Ltd decided to carry out technical transformation on the first production line to meet the new production demand which located in tobacco making workshop of Changsha cigarette factory.That would dismantle the old comas line,and to rebuild the new production line.Focusing on tobacco primary processing for the first line of tobacco making workshop which located in Changsha cigarette factory,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis,research and design,and process improvement.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.The overall architecture design of the tobacco primary processing control system.The system is designed according to the standard three-layer model of industrial control,which include equipment control level,workshop monitoring level and plant management level.The network protocol adopts the latest PROFINET bus protocol of industrial Ethernet.The whole network architecture is constructed base on Industrial Ethernet.The device control program is programmed according to the idea of structured programming.In order to improve the efficiency of program development,it is necessary to make a deep analysis of each host equipment,determine the program framework.2.Design and development of HMI.In the process of development,sufficient research has been carried out to understand the needs of operation,maintenance and management personnel.The system is designed and developed according to four modules.Compared with the old HMI,the intelligence,stability and humanization design of the system have been greatly optimized.3.Research and improvement of the single machine system of tobacco primary processing.(1)Research and improvement of the equipment for taking cartons.We encounter various problems in the integrated use of stand-alone equipment.We constantly optimize in engineering practice,make up for defects,and improve the stability and efficiency of the equipment.(2)Research and improvement on the control of adding formula material liquid.After studing the control principle of the process.We apply the theory and method of the automatic control system to the engineering practice,optimize the PID operation parameters.In dealing with the problem of feeding fluctuation,scientific analysis,reasonable measures should be taken to solve the problem.4.Production line commissioning.Describe the commissioning process and operation of the production line.Including stand-alone test,equipment joint commissioning,and single machine improvement,we go from part to whole and back to part.We use PDCA cycle to track the problems solved and improved to ensure the improvement effect.5.It mainly summarizes the paper,and further profoses new prospects for future.
