Because of its high material and equipment costs and the advantages of complex modeling,3D molding technology was initially used in small,complex,and high-value product areas.The jewelry industry is also an earlier 3D molding technology.One of the areas where the starter version is processed.In terms of jewelry design,the impact of 3D technology is also very obvious.In tandem,many jewelry brands specializing in 3D printing technology have begun to appear in our field of vision,and a large number of jewelry artists have tried 3D.Due to the relatively low biology of 3D technology,a large number of students in jewelry design majors have participated in the study of 3D modeling.For students who are new to jewelry design majors,the disadvantages of mastering traditional jewelry manufacturing technology are far greater than proficiency The use of 3D modeling technology,so that the technology for our wild design ideas to achieve the possibility.After a large number of technologies are applied,the impact of technology on design will become apparent.At the same time that 3D technology brings convenience to our design and processing,it also easily leads to this technology being over-relied on and ignores the dominant role of people in design.Technology is a double-edged sword,which requires us to reasonably apply to design and production.This article explores the impact of 3D technology in the field of jewelry design through the dialectical relationship between plastic arts and technology,and then considers how we can better apply this technology when doing design.In the first chapter,the author elaborated on the research background and significance of this thesis.In the second chapter,he introduced the application of 3D technology in the jewelry industry.In order to compare the differences between jewelry shapes created by applying different processing technologies.In Chapter 3,the author first expounds on the development of jewelry molding art and then combines the processing technology of jewelry to explain the interaction between the molding art and processing technology of jewelry.Innovative application ideas and the author’s design creation in Chapter 5,further expounds the application of 3D technology in jewelry design.
