With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the scale of the industry has also continued to expand.Because the construction industry has the characteristics of low quality,high liquidity,complicated work surface,multiple cross-operations,and unpredictable bursts of accidents,so problems such as frequent accidents,heavy casualties,and huge economic losses are particularly troublesome.Therefore,if a scientific and reasonable construction safety evaluation system can be established,it can be used to guide construction companies to perform safety operations and adopt effective safety measures to reduce the occurrence of casualties.The research object of this article is the engineering project constructed by A construction company.Based on the previous studies,the author combined the company's construction safety evaluation status and conducted a safety evaluation of the A company's construction projects.The research methods of this paper are expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,the author analyzes the status of security management and evaluation of enterprise engineering project to find out the problems and main influencing factors of A company's construction safety evaluation system;Secondly,with the "human-machine-object-method-environment" as the first-level indicator,19 secondary indicators were established on the basis of industry standards and relevant literature.The authors used SPSS to cluster the collected questionnaires,the purpose is to classify and filter indicators by analysis to establish a scientific index evaluation system.Third,the author uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the weight of each index and the safety of X projects.Finally,based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of in construction safety of company A.The author proposes corresponding countermeasures for the research results to improve the level of construction safety management.
