With the development of coal mine resources and the increase of mine construction in our country,there is more and more demand for mine resource evaluation in our country.especially with the downward market of coal mine industry,it is very important to study the feasibility of mine.Feasibility study is to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the project.Through the assessment of the technical plan,resource supply,economic recovery capacity and social impact of the project,constructive suggestions on whether the project can be invested or not are put forward,thus determining whether the project can be invested.Huafeng Mine Field,located in Huafeng Town,Ningyang County,Shandong Province,belongs to Xinwen Mining Group Company,and is located in the westernmost end of Xinwen Coal Field.In order to solve the complicated lifting system and the shortage of ventilation capacity in mine,the Huafeng coalfield is located in the westernmost end of Xinwen coalfield.So Huafeng Coal Mine put forward the technical transformation project of new auxiliary shaft.The feasibility study on the technical transformation project of the newly built auxiliary shaft is helpful to explain whether the project is economically and technically feasible,and to provide reference basis for the same type of project in our country at the same time.(1)First of all,the paper uses the method of literature research to sort out the relevant domestic and foreign documents of mine construction and feasibility study,and on the basis of this,introduces the project profile of the auxiliary shaft,mainly analyzes the project field survey and the project resource conditions,and makes an analysis of the mine field survey of the project and the resource conditions of the project.The coal mining property of the mine is analyzed.The total thickness of coal bearing strata is 325.86 m,the average total thickness is 15.50 m,the coal bearing coefficient is 4.76%,and the average total thickness is 13.01 m,of which 6 layers are recoverable(4,6,11,13,15,16 layers),the total thickness of coal bearing strata is 13.01m,the average thickness of coal bearing strata is 15.50m,the coal bearing coefficient is 4.76%,and the average thickness is 13.01m.Mining coefficient 3.99%(2)Secondly,the paper studies the development and mining status of the project.There are 5 inclined shafts and 1 vertical shaft in the mine at present.The mining face adopts long wall backward mining method,and the roof management method is all caving method or filling method.The technical scheme of wellbore position is determined by means of comparative analysis method.One is that the wellbore does not pass through goaf and does not press coal.After the connection between the bottom of the auxiliary shaft and the-1010m roadway,the auxiliary dark inclined shaft is arranged to connect with each section of the-1100m horizontal roadway and the mountain area under the fifth level.The auxiliary vertical shaft is drilled by common method.The feasibility of the construction method is verified by calculation.Generally speaking,the feasibility of this construction method is higher.On the construction of the auxiliary shaft The technology is feasible.(3)Finally,the investment estimation and financial evaluation of the project are carried out.The construction period of the new auxiliary shaft is 38 months,and the project construction investment is one hundred and seventy three million four hundred and eight thousand eight hundred yuan.Through the financial analysis,the net profit after tax of the project is seventy eight million two hundred and thirty two thousand five hundred yuan/a;The uncertainty analysis of the project is carried out by using the break-even method and sensitivity analysis,the result is that the economic benefit of the project is good,finally,the risk analysis of the project is carried out and the countermeasures are put forward.This paper makes a feasible study on the technical transformation project of the newly built auxiliary shaft in Huafeng Coal Mine,and draws the conclusion that the project is technically feasible,economically reasonable and financially profitable.It provides a good reference for the feasibility study of similar projects.
