With the rapid development of China's economy,the existing shallow coal resources are continuously mined,shallow coal resources are gradually decreasing or even depleted,and coal mining is turning to deep complex geological conditions.At the same time,the price of coal mine engineering has undergone great changes in management.The investment entities have diversified and the investment methods have become diversified.In the face of this kind of situation,it is required to start from the investment management of coal mine construction,strictly control the cost management of engineering construction,and take the initiative.Take a dynamic management approach.The depth of underground mining is increasing,and the mine will face many deep mining safety issues,such as natural fire,impact pressure,coal and gas outburst,and other disasters that seriously threaten mine safety.At the same time,coal mining technology has been rapidly developed,the degree of centralized mining has gradually increased,the length of working face and the length of working face have increased.At this stage,the mine has gradually formed a large depth of mine field,small mining size,large coal lifting task and increased mine disaster.Features.The deepening of the mine will inevitably lead to an increase in the depth of mining,which will lead to a series of increasingly serious mine disasters such as roof collapse,roadway deformation and water inrush.Huaheng Coal Mine-the uphill section above the 650 m level has a short strike,and only two mining areas can be arranged,and the main mining seam is mined.It is currently mining the-46 m horizontal downhill and the sixth mining area.In the enlarged area,there are three mining areas in the minefield below 650 m.The coal seams are deep,and it is unreasonable to use only the mining technology under the mountain.Especially in the lower 3 to 4 sections,it is difficult to use the production system such as ventilation and drainage for downhill mining.Therefore,although the horizontal deepening project has a high investment,in order to make the mine production system reasonable and ensure the mine production safety,the horizontal deenening nroiect of the mine is a necessary condition for mine exploitation at this stage.Based on the development rules of mines at home and abroad and the status quo of engineering management,the system design management of Huaheng Coal Mine-1000 m level was carried out.The horizontal division of mines,optimization of minefield development system and equipment selection were systematically carried out.Optimize the design,including the calculation of the productivity and service life after the extension.The disaster factors and disaster degree of Huaheng coal mine-1000 m horizontal mine are analyzed,and the safety guarantee measures for mine deepening production operation are put forward,which guarantees the safe and efficient operation of mine deepening.Finally,the investment estimation and financial risk analysis of the mine deepening were carried out,and the economic benefits after the deepening of the mine and the possible risks of the project investment were estimated.Specific dynamic management measures were proposed and the project had a positive and effective impact.
