There are a lot of electricity loads in coal mines,and the possibility of skipping trips is high.Among the methods of anti-overstep protection,the protection method of optical fiber communication is the best,which conforms to the characteristics of short power supply distance in coal mines.The optical fiber communication protection adopts the GOOSE communication principle to realize the information exchange between the upper and lower high-voltage explosion-proof switches,which can quickly disconnect the fault section within 30 milliseconds,reducing the scope of the accident impact of skip-level tripping.Based on the protection of optical fiber communication,the paper adds the analysis of leakage faults,voltage instability,and switch failure.First,design the power monitoring main station,power monitoring substation,and control unit of the anti-overstep protection system.Then carry out the software and hardware design of the anti-overstep integrated protector.Through the hardware design of the signal acquisition module,the central processing module,and the photoelectric coupling module,cooperate with the software design of signal sampling subroutine,fault handling subroutine,and data upload subroutine,successfully realized the judgment and treatment of several situations of skipping trip.Realize docking with mine power monitoring system.Enhancing the reliability of the underground high-voltage power supply system.Finally,the anti-overstep protection system was tested and verified.Dingji Coal Mine has achieved good results after applying the anti-overstep comprehensive protector.Enhance the safety of the power supply system of Dingji Coal Mine.And do the basic work to realize mine automation and information.Figure [47] Table [15] Reference [75]...
