There are many large and small coal mines in China and coal mine safety accidents frequently occur.The underground geological environment is complex and there are many long belt roadways.For the current coal mine environment wired monitoring system has the defects of poor scalability,high cost,difficult maintenance.Wireless sensor networks are used to replace wired communication network designs.Various monitoring systems in coal mines have become one of the current hot researches.Aiming at the characteristics of WSN nodes with limited energy and unable to charge,designing an energy-efficient routing protocol is of great significance to prolong the life of the monitoring system.This article starts from balancing the energy consumption of sensor nodes started,designed a downhole environmental information monitoring system based on Zigbee technology,the main research contents are as follows:1)Aiming at the long belt-shaped WSN network structure of underground coal mine roadways,the non-uniform clustering algorithm and the ant colony algorithm are effectively combined,and a non-uniform clustering routing protocol based on ant colony optimization is proposed,which combines the clustering stage Advantages and disadvantages of LEACH and EEUC algorithms,adding energy factor and network density to adjust the cluster head election probability threshold formula and competition radius formula,establish routing and data transmission nodes,adopt optimized ant colony algorithm,and re-elect clusters by adjusting within the cluster.First,it saves the energy of re-election of cluster heads.The simulation results show that the number of cluster heads generated by the improved protocol is stable,the network cycle is longer,and the energy consumption performance is better.2)Design an underground environment monitoring system using Zigbee technology based on coal mine safety production,using wireless network instead of limited network so that the collection node is not restricted by cables.The system functions mainly include environmental information collection,information storage,real-time information transmission and real-time data display etc.In terms of hardware design,the structure of two types of network nodes and the corresponding circuit design are studied;in terms of software design,the software development of each module of the system is completed based on the IAR Embedded Workbench IDE development platform.Finally,the communication performance of the system and the function of the acquisition module are tested.Finally,the communication performance,acquisition function and monitoring function of the system are tested.The results show that the designed system function can basically meet the needs of underground environmental information monitoring.Figure [50] Table [11] Ref.[56]...
