This project takes G3015 series laser cutting machine tools which I managed during my laser practice in Shenzhen Han's as the research object,in order to improve the static and dynamic performance of laser cutting machine tool,machine tool rigidity and stability,lightweight beam design,improve machine tool work efficiency,reduce enterprise production costs,make the machine tool meet the needs of personalized processing under the trend of industry 4.0 The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the structural characteristics of the beam components of G3015 laser cutting machine tool;then it carries out finite element analysis on the structure of G3015 laser cutting machine tool.According to the different positions of the cutting head of the machine tool,the machine tool is divided into nine working positions.Firstly,the most common position of the machine tool,that is,the position in the middle of each part,is analyzed,and it is concluded that when designing the machine tool,attention should be paid to the restraint It is found that when the cutting head and its components are in S9 position,the displacement of the cutting head is as high as 65.4 ? M.the dynamic analysis of the structure of the machine tool shows that the weak link of the laser cutting machine tool is the beam,so the lightweight design is needed.(2)After confirming that the weak link of G3015 machine tool is beam,based on ABAQUS calculation theory,the dynamic and static characteristics of the beam structure are analyzed.In addition to the weight deformation of the beam structure,there are also deformation caused by external force,which is mainly reflected in the horizontal direction,which has a great impact on the cutting accuracy and is difficult to ignore.Inertia release load is used to balance the external force,By analyzing the deformation of 0.85g acceleration stage,the insufficient stiffness deformation in each direction of the beam is determined,which needs to be optimized.(3)Based on the optimization theory,the appropriate research variables are selected to establish the beam optimization model.The mode and quality of the beam are taken as the optimization index to optimize the beam.Because the crossbeam and z-axis work together,the Z-axis and its components are not included in the optimization of the crossbeam.Therefore,the analysis and verification are continued without neglecting the modal characteristics of z-axis,and it is found that the natural frequency of some orders of the beam does not increase.The main reason is that the weight of the beam is reduced,the wall thickness is reduced,the optimization scheme is further modified,the number of return reinforcement is increased,and the good optimization effect is verified again;finally,this paper puts forward two kinds of new beam structures,and selects the more appropriate structure through comparative analysis.Figure[37]Table[17]reference[59]...
