Monitoring And Countermeasure Analysis Of Quality And Safety Of Aquatic Products In Xiamen Area

The pollution level and trend of main pollutants factors at the farmers' markets,marine aquatic products and near-shore shellfish were analyzed from 2014 to 2016.Results were listed as follows:(1)Judging from the veterinary drug residue results,the detection range of chloramphenicol was 0?3.21 ?g/kg,it's over-standard rates were 0%,1.04%and 5.79% from 2014 to 2016;the detection range of malachite green was 0?19.90 ?g/kg,over-standard rates were 0%,1.55% and 2.03%;the detection range of nitrofurans metabolites was 0?116.00?g/kg,over-standard rates were 0%,3.42% and 1.72%,respectively.Exceeded varieties were turbot,flounder,yellow bream,large yellow croaker,grass carp,mandarin fish and pelteobagrus fulvidraco,and so on.(2)Judging from the monitoring results of toxic and hazardous substances,the highest exceeding rate of seawater shellfish was petroleum hydrocarbon in supermarkets,which over standard rates were 82.50%,54.00% and 38.00% from2014 to 2016,respectively.The monitoring species of marine aquaculture products were marine fish,in addition to total mercury exceeded 7.50% in 2015 and inorganic arsenic exceeded 19.23%and 10.00% from 2014 to 2015,the remaining fish were all qualified.The overall quality of near-shore shellfish was not ideal,the higher excessive rate were copper and petroleum hydrocarbons.The detection range of copper was 1.10?148.00mg/kg,excessive rate were56.52%,50.00% and 16.67%.The detection range of petroleum hydrocarbon was 0?43.8 mg/kg,excessive rate were 40.91%,59.09% and 91.67%,which excessive varieties were Ruditapes philippinarum and oysters.The results showed that drug residues,heavy metals and petroleum hydrocarbon were exceeded.We proposed the following countermeasures:(1)improve the relevant standards and laws;(2)implement strict market access system,strengthen the supervision and management of the aquatic products market;(3)enhance the quality and safety of aquatic products testing;(4)carry out the risk assessment,put forward warning and disposal advice;(5)develop green aquatic products;(6)purchased from clear source of shellfish,cooked food processing,try not to eat shellfish offal;(7)regularly carry out technical training on fisheries to create a good social atmosphere for the quality and safety of aquatic products.
