Contour arc bevel gear milling cutter disk,as the processing of contour arc bevel gear cutter,its processing mode generally has two forms,the first is the integral processing,this processing mode,more complex,high cost,processing technology is foreign monopoly,not suitable for the current stage of the situation.The second type is welding processing,which is easy to realize and low cost and is the main processing method at the present stage.This paper studies the influence of welding sequence on the welding deformation of milling cutter.Its specific research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper develops a welding operation table which can be adjusted in three directions to provide a welding platform for the milling cutter plate welding.And according to the existing welding conditions,select the appropriate welding method,so as to determine the welding heat source.According to the material properties and the selected heat source,the appropriate mathematical model of temperature field is selected.The mathematical model of stress field is established by using the relationship between temperature field and stress field,and the order of welding seam position is deduced,then the mathematical model of stress field distribution of milling cutter disk is obtained,and the next welding seam position is obtained by minimizing the stress.Secondly,according to the above mathematical model of stress field distribution,the welding residual stress simulation was carried out based on SYSWELD.At the same time,the nonlinear change of physical parameters of the knife disk material with temperature should be fully taken into account to obtain the stress field and deformation field cloud maps in different directions at different times,and the simulation results were analyzed.Finally,the milling cutter plate welding experiment,the milling cutter plate welding deformation detection,verify that the optimized welding order can achieve the purpose of reducing the welding deformation.The correctness and reliability of the simulation data are verified,and the gear is machined with a knife disk to check whether the machined gear is qualified.
