Digital ink jet printing has the advantages of high accuracy, low pollution, flexible production, low cost, etc, when comparing with traditional printing technology. Digital printing equipment is system combining light, electricity, machinery. In recent years, along with the increasing development of the technology of computer and information technology, motion servo control, materials and precision manufacturing, it greatly promote the development of digital ink jet printing technology. In order to improve the printing quality and accuracy of digital equipment, this thesis analyzes the relationship between all kinds of printing control system algorithm and printing effect, presents an improved design scheme in view of the existing problem in the prevalent design of the control system.First, it analyze the exiting problems of printing quality and accuracy of DY1601 type digital printing equipment and printing system in this thesis. The motion servo system of printing equipment mainly includes the nozzle motion unit and spray printing medium motion unit. The nozzle motion module of DY1601 type printing machine is controlled by square-wave six-step reversing valves. Spray printing medium motion module is achieved by adopting open-loop control of a stepper motor. The above control modes exist the problems of torque fluctuation, poor stability and out of step easy. It is difficult to achieve high quality printing. The above two control modes are unified into vector control of PMSM in the aspect of motion servo system in this thesis. The new system achieves triple-loop control of current, speed and position, without increase hardware configuration. It has met the requirement of high quality printing to positional accuracy and speed stability and greatly improved the printing quality and accuracy.Second, it analyze the effect of ignition voltage, timing sequence and spray printing data of piezoelectric nozzle on the print quality from jet printing imaging unit and working principle of piezoelectric nozzle in this thesis. And it provides the improvement design to the existing piezoelectric nozzle control algorithm. It proposes two stages timing sequence control mode. The quality of the ink jet points and color transition effects of printing image is greatly enhanced base on this control mode. The stability of data transmission is greatly enhanced base on the design of double FIFO structure. The accuracy of timing sequence is greatly enhanced base on the design of Clock management program. At the same time the number of noise is reduced in the printing process.Finally, through the analysis of theoretical simulation and the actual printing test, analyze the influence of the optimized spray printing system on the actual printing effect. The speed stability location accuracy of the motion servo unit is significantly improved. The improved system has solved the horizontal or vertical micro overlap and gap problem. The optimized spray printing unit has enhanced the uniformity of the arrangement of ink droplets in printing products. To see overall effect of printing, the image revivification degree, color transition and printing accuracy significantly improved.
