Sand production cold production technology is a crucial technology of reservoir exploitation,which has high economic benefits.But serious sand production will bring great harm to the normal production of the oilfield.The traditional sand production monitoring system has simple function and relies on manual operation to a large extent,so it is unable to view the sand production status in real time and dynamically.In order to solve this problem,this paper develops an Internet of things terminal system for sand production online monitoring,so as to improve the sand production monitoring ability and ensure the production safety of oil and gas wells.The Internet of things terminal for sand production online monitoring designed in this paper is based on the traditional sand production monitoring system,using ultrasonic phased array sensor to collect real-time sand production data,based on Exynos 4412 SCP platform realizes data storage,data upload and data display,and provides functions such as real-time data viewing,historical data query,remote monitoring,wellhead positioning and abnormal data alarm,so as to realize real-time monitoring of oil and gas well sand production.Firstly,from the perspective of sand production monitoring algorithm,this paper analyzes the working principle and structure of traditional sand production monitoring system,finds out the current shortcomings,and puts forward the method of using Internet of things technology to realize on-line sand production monitoring.Secondly,through the content definition and function orientation of the sand online monitoring terminal,the overall implementation scheme of the monitoring system is designed.Thirdly,the software and hardware design of sand production data acquisition module and online monitoring terminal module are completed.The sand production information is stored in SQLite database by using structured query language.The sand production information is transmitted to the One NET cloud platform of Internet of things in real time through wireless communication technology.The human-computer interaction interface of sand production online monitoring terminal is designed by using Qt interface development technology.Finally,the simulation experiment environment of the Internet of things terminal for online sand production monitoring of oil and gas wells is built to test and verify the monitoring terminal.The experimental results show that the Internet of things terminal for online sand production monitoring runs stably and has good performance.The research work completed and the results obtained provide guidance for timely detection of abnormal sand production and taking effective measures in the critical time.The design of online sand production monitoring Internet of things terminal provides reference for the realization of digital oilfield and smart oilfield.
