Virtual experimental teaching has now become a new type of teaching mode and is widely integrated into the daily learning of college students.In petroleum academies,the students want to research the drilling rig optimization control is too difficult to completely at the field drilling equipment because there are problems such as expensive experimental equipment,limited experimental sites and knowledge is not easy to grasp.In order to overcome the problems,the project team has developed a remote interactive optimization control experimental platform which integrates virtual experimental teaching and teaching control in oil and gas drilling rigs.The completed virtual simulation experiments includes the well site environmental cognition,rig control operation and well trajectory optimization.This paper focuses on the design and development of the platform database,the back-end system of the platform and the teaching control in the experimental platform.The main contents are as follows:(1)The design objective and architecture of the system are determined,and the demand of the virtual experimental platform is analyzed comprehensively.(2)Based on B/S structure,the database of five functional modules,including the portal website,login registration,virtual experiment teaching,teaching control and background management,is designed in the remote interactive optimization control experiment platform for oil and gas drilling rig.Design and develop the teaching control can meet closed-loop learning mode needs of teaching,learning,practice,test and feedback using the experimental platform which includes the online examination,evaluation analysis,online feedback and intelligent grouping test paper;(3)Completed the login registration,teaching control,background information management and virtual experimental teaching of the test,to verify whether the platform meets the needs of users.Through research and development of database at remote interactive optimization control platform for oil and gas drilling rigs,it can provide support for the well site environmental cognition,rig control operation and well trajectory optimization experiment and the teaching control.The platform can save experimental cost,reduce experimental risk,and provide learning experience which has a real-time,interactive and interesting to users.At the same time,the closed-loop control of teaching quality is realized.
