Nowadays,particleboard is widely used in some fields such as furniture and building materials.Shandong Province,as a large province of board,has an increasing demand for wood.With the continuous reduction of the global forest area,wood resources are becoming increasingly scarce for China,a country with a large population that is short of trees and timber.At present,the most important solution is to maximize the utilization of wood and reduce the waste of wood resources.In addition,Shandong Province is rich in fast-growing poplar wood,but in the field of particleboard,there are some problems such as weak application and low added value.Therefore,it is an effective measure to reduce the use of raw materials by using quick-growing poplar to prepare lightweight particleboard.In this study,poplar shavings were used as raw materials,using phenolic resin adhesives take three-step antihypertensive preparation particieboard,three layer structure on the basis of the particle size the study of the rules,the production process of particle board is optimized further,including hot pressing process,the booster way,sizing amount and rate of wood shavings,etc.,by testing the mechanical properties of plate,including static music intensity,elastic modulus and internal bond strength,by optimizing the best production process,and on the basis of determine the optimal production technology by reducing the density of plank to preparation of lightweight particle board.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Optimal shavings shape.With different shavings size,namely the length of the shavings is 50,100,150,200 mm,and the width of the shavings is 20,30,40,50 mm,a total of 16 kinds of shavings size is carried out single factor test.Through the mechanical strength test of the prepared particleboard,the optimal size of the shavings is 150 mm×40 mm.(2)Optimal hot pressing process.Using 150 mm×40 mm particleboard to prepare particleboard,using different hot pressing process for single factor test,hot pressing pressure is 2.4,2.6,2.8,3.0,3.2 MPa,hot pressing temperature is 120,130,140,150,160,170,180 ?,hot pressing time is 14,16,18,20,22 min,through testing the mechanical properties of the pressed sheet,according to the data analysis,the optimal hot pressing process in this test is the hot pressing pressure of 3.0 MPa,hot pressing temperature of 160 ? and hot pressing time of16 min.(3)Optimal pressure boost method.On the basis of determining the best hot pressing process parameters,different pressure boost methods were used to press the particleboard,and the mechanical properties of the sheet prepared by one-stage pressure boost and three-stage pressure boost were tested.Through comparison,it can be known that the three-stage pressure boost is better in the two pressure boost methods.(4)Optimal sizing.Under has learned that the production process,the particle board with different amount of glue preparation,mechanical performance and analyzed in the test plate,sheet known as the amount of glue on the mechanical properties increased,but after sizing amount reaches a certain value,sizing amount to plank intensity is abate,the influence of the continue increasing the sizing will substantially increase the cost of production.Therefore,in order to ensure that the plate has a certain mechanical strength at the same time to reduce the amount of sizing,reduce production costs,the optimal amount of sizing in this test is 10%.(5)Directional rate.optimizing shavings using optimization technology to suppress particieboard,the single factor experiment was carried out with different directional rate,test plate mechanical properties,the data analysis on mechanical performance worst when directed at a rate of 100%,when directed at a rate of 60%,70% and 80%,the mechanical properties of plate in one area has a optimal value,but a comprehensive static music intensity,elastic modulus and internal bond strength,learned that this test best directed at a rate of 70%.(6)Reduce the board density.After optimizing the production process studied,reduce the board density and prepare lightweight particleboard.According to the test,the density of the board can be reduced to 0.59 g/cm~3 under the condition that the mechanical properties meet the requirements,which meets the mechanical properties requirements of furniture particleboard GB/T 4897-2015 in the wet state.
