As an important part of the scraper conveyor,the scraper chain,which is indispensable for conveying materials,its assembly is still at the stage of manual assembly,with low assembly and maintenance efficiency and high labor intensity of employees.This paper has investigated and studied the requirements of coal mine enterprises for the assembly of different types of scraper chains.Based on the study of material processing and shaping theory,mechanical design and automatic control methods,a set of aggregate feeding,scraper bolt disassembly,and scraper has been developed.Open the automatic disassembly and assembly equipment integrated with chain assembly and bolt tightening.First of all,the thesis completes the design of the overall plan of the equipment system based on the analysis and research of the structure and component composition of the scraper chain disassembly equipment,combined with the relevant theories of automatic control.The function of each automatic assembly unit is divided,and the specific process flow and mechanical structure of each unit are designed and analyzed.Then,use UG software to model the components of each device in the equipment.First,the components are decomposed and modeled,and then the device is virtually assembled to check whether the mechanical structure of the equipment has interference in the design,and secondly,to correct the errors.The size calculation and strength calculation of the main actuators and components are carried out,and ABAQUS is used to check the strength,and the stress analysis of the main force parts is carried out to predict the force and deformation of the parts.Through the designed transmission mechanism,connecting bolt disassembly and fastening device,scraper and chain assembly device,the automatic disassembly and assembly of the equipment is realized.Finally,the manufacturing and processing of related parts,equipment installation,wiring,etc.were completed,and debugging production was carried out.Analyze the operation results and make improvements to the mechanical structure based on the debugging production results.Experiments show that each device of the design equipment operates reliably,satisfies the demand for disassembly and assembly of the scraper chain,and achieves the purpose of the design.
