This topic comes from corporate projects.The current initiate products are manual and semi-automatic assembly.That has the problems of low efficiency and high risk.Aiming at those problems,a set of automatic assembly equipment that can meet production requirements has been designed and it has the advantages of safe and reliable operation.The manual and semi-automatic production state of initiator is over at home.Firstly,This thesis has designed and analyzed the process of automatic assembly of initiator.According to the process requirements,the automatic assembly of initiator is divided into stations.The automatic assembly machine for initiator is designed for 16-station rotary type with certain flexibility.Secondly,this thesis designs the structure of the automatic assembly machine,and designs the main transmission mechanical structure.The assembly function of each station is divided and the mechanical structure is designed.Research the control system of the automatic assembly machine.The control system was designed and the electrical component selection,I/O points,and electrical schematic drawing were performed.Thirdly,the mechanical structure of the assembly machine is installed,the electrical control system is wired and the equipment is commissioned and operated,etc.Prepare for the delivery of equipment.After the acceptance of the automatic assembly machine for initiator products,it has been in the production state,and has produced more than 15 million hair products.The production and use situation is very good.
