Scrapers and chains are important elements of scraper conveyors,while the failure rates are relatively high during production process.Manual maintenance requires to disassemble and assemble the scrapers and chains repeatedly,this leads to the low maintenance efficiency and even more accidents.Therefore,we designed a type of automatic disassembly control system for scraper chain to improve the efficiency of disassembly and reduce the accident rate in the process of maintenance.This research mainly includes the following contents:(1)By analyzing the characteristics,technological process and functional requirements of the scraper chain,we designed the overall scheme and the mechanical structure and illustrated the control principle of this system.(2)According to the overall design scheme,we illustrated the principle of hardware selection,and the programmable logic controller(PLC)was chose as core controller.Futhermore,we designed servo system and pneumatic system.(3)The software of the control system and the upper computer operation and monitoring screen were designed to meet the production requirements.The control program was designed by STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART,and the human-computer interaction interface was designed by Win CC flexible SMART V3 software.After debugging and optimization,the control system could run steadily and realize the functions of scraping,disassembly,drilling and milling atomatically.Its operational parameters meet the technical requirements well,and could improve the productivity greatly.
