In the process of wood processing,because the raw materials and products themselves are extremely flammable,and its processing by-products are flammable and explosive,easy to corrode,toxic and harmful,which makes fire and explosion accidents occur from time to time.This paper takes the production process of wood enterprises as the object of risk analysis and safety assessment,in order to provide a basis for wood enterprises to scientifically carry out safety production and risk management.The main contents are as follows:1)Based on the analysis of the basic technological process of wood processing,the risk identification is carried out from the four aspects of "human,machine,environment and management";2)This paper studies the safety evaluation theory,based on the entropy weight model,by calculating the weight of each index of each sample,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is established,and the fuzzy evaluation is carried out to determine the risk level of wood processing enterprises.At the same time,the applicability of the risk assessment model is verified;3)According to the distribution characteristics of the production and processing workshop of a wood enterprise,combined with an example of a wood processing enterprise,the fire simulation analysis is carried out.Taking a fire compartment as an example,a detailed fire simulation is carried out by using PyroSim,By analyzing the smoke accumulation and spread path,the temperature curve of the target after fire is obtained,and the damage of the target is determined.At the same time,The temperature effect of water sprinkler system on the location of target and the influence of secondary combustibles on target are analyzed;4)A fire simulation is carried out by using PyroSim software to analyze the fire development and smoke spread process,the relationship between smoke layer height with time and the temperature changes in different locations of the room where the target is located.The research results show that the risk identification through factor analysis is consistent with the reality of wood processing enterprises,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and fire simulation model based on entropy weight are suitable for risk analysis and safety evaluation of such enterprises,which can scientifically and reasonably classify the risk levels of the research objectives and pre-analyze and evaluate the consequences of specific fire disasters.
