| The separation of original bamboo is an important common technology in the high efficiency processing of the pre-sequence section of bamboo industry.At present,the original bamboo cutting processing,mainly by manual visual measurement of the original bamboo DBH,the replacement of cutter head,hand-held impact broken bamboo,there are low precision,low degree of automation,low processing efficiency,labor intensity,poor safety performance and other problems.Aiming at these problems,a kind of automatic feeding rapid centering continuous bamboo splitting technology and CNC automatic broken machine are developed.The machine combines automatic feeding and automatic detecting technology of bamboo section,continuous processing technology of bamboo section diameter level identification and automatic tool changing technology,bamboo section quick correction and so on.In this paper,according to the final design scheme,the development concept and mechanical design principle of the automatic bamboo breaking machine are expounded,the design of key components is detailed,the whole mechanical structure of the automatic feeding rapid centering CNC bamboo splitting machine is constructed,the three-dimensional model is drawn,the overall control system and various functional control systems of the whole machine equipment are introduced,and the finite element analysis is carried out to obtain the stress and displacement cloud diagram of the key parts,calculate and check its stiffness and hardness,The findings and innovations are as follows:(1)This paper studies the design goal and function of the automatic feeding rapid centering CNC broken bamboo machine,and determines the overall structure scheme of the prototype.Through the function analysis,the mechanism design of the automatic feeding quick centering bamboo crusher is carried out,and the main parameters of the core mechanism are determined.The working principle and structure of the push bamboo mechanism are analyzed and designed.According to the calculation formula of rated power,the motor is selected accurately to avoid energy waste.(2)The mechanical design of the automatic feeding rapid centering CNC broken bamboo machine is completed.The "hook grab" automatic feeding device is designed to realize the continuous feeding of a single bamboo section;the bamboo section diameter level recognition and automatic tool change device are designed,and the required cutting tools can be automatically changed according to the bamboo section diameter data,so as to realize the intelligent tool change of broken bamboo;through the research and analysis of the bamboo section centering mechanism,the bamboo breaking mode of three lines of cutting tool,clamping arm and push bamboo plate is designed.(3)Using the finite element analysis software Ansys workbench 15.0 to establish the finite element model of the main stress core structure and other key components,the static analysis of the cutter head and the bamboo cutting tool is carried out,and the equivalent stress and displacement nephogram of the corresponding structure are obtained.The rigidity and strength of the main stress structure are checked to ensure that the cutter strength and rigidity meet the use requirements.(4)The equipment system adopts PLC control technology to realize the whole process automatic control,and can use the manual operation system for this control.At the same time,the real-time status monitoring system is designed to monitor the operation of the equipment in real time to avoid unnecessary operation risks.(5)The test and verification of the prototype were carried out,and the outturn percentage,edge ratio and medium rate were calculated,and the breaking efficiency of the prototype was compared with that of the traditional manual breaking equipment.The final test results show that the breaking speed of the prototype can reach 16.8m/min(8 segments /min)at the fastest,which is 2 times higher than that of traditional manual breaking.The outturn percentage was similar to that of traditional artificial broken bamboo,and the efficiency was increased by 2times compared with that of artificial broken bamboo.The raw edge ratio was 7.6%,which was lower than that of artificial broken bamboo,and the medium rate reached 93.6%,which met the uniformity requirements of bamboo strips.Automatic feeding rapid centering CNC splitting bamboo machine has cardiovascular and fast,high efficiency,simple operation,stable running and operation safety,effectively promote the broken bamboo machine technology progress,for single machine equipment technology promotion and the follow-up period,broken bamboo,intelligent rough mill continuous production line of research and development has laid a solid technical foundation. |
