| Coal is an important basic and advantageous energy source in China.Comparing the proven coal reserves with other primary energy resources,coal accounts for more than 85%of the total.As China’s main energy,it is a solid foundation to ensure the safe supply of national energy.Therefore,the state-owned coal enterprises are the important carrier and mainstay of the stable development of the national economy.Although the state-owned coal enterprises have carried out a series of reforms in the past twenty years,there are still many problems to be solved due to the influence of the original administrative system,management and complex personnel composition.Especially in the aspect of salary management,there are many problems such as lagging salary strategy seriously,single salary structure,lack of long-term incentive,and the mismatch between responsibility and income.In the face of these troubles,it has become a hot topic of research how to reasonably reform the salary structure of middle and senior managers and effectively implement the salary incentive system while increasing the benefits of enterprises.Based on TM group as an example,this paper in view of the current group investigation,the present situation and problems of salary incentive scheme with group of senior management incentive scheme design as the research object,from the perspective of several different optimization design current salary incentive system,and puts forward to establish scientific and effective legal conditions,compliance,and optimize the incentive scheme of diversification and supporting measures,While steadily improving the enthusiasm of middle and senior managers,it promotes the healthy,efficient and lasting development of the enterprise.From the perspective of theory,the research results of this paper can enrich the research theory of incentive of middle and senior managers in domestic coal enterprises.From the practical level,the research results have practical guiding significance for stabilizing the middle and senior management team of TM Group,enhancing their work enthusiasm,and further improving the business efficiency of the enterprise. |
