The pulping and distribution process in the production process of papermaking is particularly important.By controlling the pulping process,the pulp can meet the needs of paper machine production,improve the strength and uniformity of the paper,and make the pulp quality more stable.By controlling the process of pulp mixing,the grass pulp or other materials is added into the pulp according to a certain proportion,which not only can save the original pulp,but also can maintain the original characteristics of pulp to produce the high-level paper and to meet the needs of today's society.Taking the papermaking pulping process as the research object,a distribution control scheme based on fuzzy logic is given.On the basis of investigating and studying the pulping process and its control,a mathematical model of the pulping process is established.Because there are a lot of unknown parameters in the model,based on the fuzzy control theory,a fuzzy controller is designed.By using Simulink toolbox,the simulation results show fuzzy control algorithm can make the pulping control system stable,and in a short period of time can make the ratio energy,ratio load to reach the target value,and verify the effectiveness of the control method.Considering the papermaking pulping process,the control scheme of the paper pulping process and the pulp mixing process is designed by the distribution control system made by SUPCON.The distribution control system consists of process control level and field control level,where the field control level consists of temperature sensor,level sensor,flow sensor and other transmitters and actors,and the process control level includes pulping section operator station,pulp mixing segment operator station and engineer station.Operator station and engineer station are connected by industrial Ethernet to achieve control information communication.The configuration of the distributed control system has been configured,which includes overall information configuration,measurement point configuration,and algorithm configuration of each control loop,and the fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the pulping control station.The monitoring screens of the pulp process and the pulping process are realized.The monitoring screens include data list,control grouping,trend screen,and overview screen.The simulation monitoring screen shows that the designed distributed control system scheme is feasible.
