Current research on the guitar have focused on its structure and few studies on its acoustics and vibration characteristics.aiming at this problem.the guitar was taken as the research object in this paper.and the vibration characteristic detection method based on EMI technology was proposed to study the vibration characteristics of the guitar.Firstly,the vibration characteristics of guitar string and sound box was simulated by finite element method.Secondly,the acoustic and piezoelectric impedance experimental platforms based on vibration characteristics were built to complete the acoustic and impedance experiments of the guitar.Finally,based on the simulation data,the identification of different diameters of guitar strings was completed by MATLAB neural network.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric equation of PZT-4 and the electrical admittance and impedance formula of PZT-4 driven SMD system were derivated.The acoustic system of the guitar was analyzed and the frequency values of each piece on all the strings was calculated by means of the law of twelve averages.The vibration model,vibration condition and vibration type of the string were analyzed,and the vibration model of the sound box was analyzed and the parameter variables needed for the following simulation were determined.(2)Firstly,the basic principle of harmonic response analysis was analyzed.Then the tension of each string was calculated and harmonic response analysis of the string was carried out by Workbench to analyze the frequency values of all the components of the six strings and the results of harmonic response analysis was compared with those of theoretical calculation.Finally,the modal analysis of strings with different diameter length and tension was carried out by Workbench and the simulation results was summarized.(3)The sound experiment platform of guitar was designed and constructed.the guitar acoustic acquisition experiment was carried out.take the 1 string as an example to get the frequency value of guitar string and the results was compared with the simulation results and theoretical values.Secondly,the physical model of the guitar was established and the modal analysis was carried out.The influences of different factors on the modal frequency were summarized.The piezoelectric harmonic response analysis of the sound box was carried out with and without PZT-4 and the influence of PZT-4 on the natural frequency of the sound box was eliminated and the frequency response diagram of the sound box under the excitation of sweeping voltage was obtained.Finally,the piezoelectric impedance experiment platform of the guitar sound box was built to carry out the impedance experiment on the sound box.the impedance spectrum diagram of the sound box was obtained and the comparison with the spectrum diagram obtained from the simulation analysis was made to verify the correctness of the simulation results.(4)Based on the simulation experimental data of different strings.the data prediction platform based on MATLAB neural network was built.the natural frequency was taken as the identification parameterand the diameter of string were predicted.Figure[56]table[17]reference[94]...
