The situation in the tobacco industry has been extremely difficult in recent years.Restricted by multiple factors such as the national economic downturn,cigarette tax hikes,rising local protection,and diversified consumer demand,the national tobacco industry is facing the form of "three continuous declines and two high prices".With the intensification of competition among tobacco companies,the individualization of customer needs has gradually emerged.To gain a foothold in the market,enterprise must be able to grasp market trends and trends in a timely manner,produce products that meet the individual needs of customers in a timely manner,and how to be effective in the production process Integrating information flow,realizing effective cost reduction,organizing multi-specification,small batch production,meeting the needs of different markets,and accelerating lean,automated,and intelligent production put forward higher requirements.As a leading company in the tobacco industry,a certain group has experienced fatigue in the market competition in recent years,especially the problems of brand aging,slow market response,and slow structural improvement.A set of process models based on market feedback that can respond more quickly to the market is needed to support the diversification of needs at this stage.This dissertation first researched the domestic and foreign tobacco industry and related industries to solve similar problems are reviewed.This dissertation analyzed the problems existing in a certain group,and optimizes the process around the slow market response rate of a tobacco group.Firstly,it uses process analysis and association diagram to find out the slow market response processes in each link of research,production and marketing,and classifies them according to the links of production and marketing by affinity graph,and then focuses on the untimely collection of customer demand and slow market response Through the cooperation of marketing and R&D departments,the questionnaire was redesigned,and the key quality characteristics of products were screened by interview method and expert scoring method,and the weight of customer demand was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Quality function deployment is used to transform the demand points with different weights into technical characteristics,production standards and marketing characteristics of R & D,production and sales.Through carding and formulating the organizational structure,it provides guarantee for the implementation of the integration of research,production and marketing.The results show that the quality function deployment is used to optimize the research,production and marketing process,which makes the sales volume of a tobacco group drop from the original year by year and realize the recovery.The sales volume and sales volume increase by 3.69% and 3.77% respectively.The results show that the process optimization analysis method based on QFD is effectiveness and practicability.The research content of this dissertation will have reference significance for similar enterprise process optimization.
