In modern society,all aspects of people's lives are inseparable from petroleum refining and chemical products.While refining and chemical products bring convenience to human society,there are huge safety risks in the production process.The petroleum refining industry has always been a high-risk industry.Due to its flammable and explosive characteristics and many uncertain factors in the production process,safety production accidents in the petroleum refining industry have occurred from time to time.As the country pays more and more attention to production safety,strengthening production safety management has become an important means to prevent production safety accidents and also an important method to increase corporate efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety production management level of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents.This paper expounds the research status and related theoretical content of relevant theories of safety production management at home and abroad by consulting related literature,and takes A refining and chemical enterprise as the research object,combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,and assessing the safety production of A refining and chemical enterprise.Comprehensive analysis of the management situation.Through analysis,it is found that in recent years,A refining and chemical company has frequent production safety incidents such as production fluctuations and equipment leakage.At the same time,there are also problems such as the repeated occurrence of hidden safety hazards and the comprehensive safety quality of employees who cannot meet the needs of safe production.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of management safety supervision,the failure to establish a closed-loop management mechanism for safety production management,and the imperfect safety training system.In response to the problems found,based on the theoretical basis of PDCA cycle closed-loop management,a strategy for improving the safety production management level of the A refinery and chemical enterprise was proposed from the four stages of safety production management: planning stage,implementation stage,inspection stage and improvement stage.Finally,based on the establishment of the PDCA closed-loop management mechanism,the establishment of the training demand matrix mechanism,and the construction and application effects of the A refining and chemical enterprise's dual prevention and safety management and control platform,the implementation of the safety production management level improvement strategy of the A refining and chemical enterprise is explained.
