There are already on the market a variety of soot, smoke tester, the tester existsaccuracy is not high, the measurement process cumbersome, time-consuming andmore slow data transmission and other issues, can not meet the current requirementsof the enterprise, so the design of a soot models meet current business requirements(gas) tester is important. The arrival of things affecting the entire world, things playan important role in improving the efficiency of information transfer, improvingpeople’s livelihood, improve productivity, reduce administrative costs and otheraspects of society, so the use of networking technology to the smoke (gas) testersignificant. The tester using IOT perception layer, i.e. the smart sensors are used tomeasure various types of smart dust sensor (gas) of the parameters, the measuredsignal data after expansion and the conversion, through SCM STC89C52processingcombined IOT wireless communication technology (Zigbee wireless communicationtechnology) and timely passes the information to the Internet, to achieve physicaland network connections.In order to obtain a satisfactory tester enterprise, mainly to complete thefollowing tasks:(1) Test requirements analysis, functional requirements, including testers andtechnical indicators, low-power principle, the principles of design and analysis ofhardware and software design principles.(2) Test the overall design. Including hardware and software design, hardwaredesign, including: technology selection (ie tester smart sensors, data processing, etc.SCM model selection), the tester to achieve the function, the overall hardware design; software design that the whole software tester planning and design.(3) hardware tester detailed design and implementation. Hardware Designdetailed design includes various smart sensor module, and a data processing moduledesigned Zigbee wireless communication module, but Zigbee wirelesscommunication module which is designed dust (gas) testing innovation, and afterforming the rigid PCB, forming physical connections, the test has been smart sensormodule and wireless communication module, the linker with the network. Detaileddesign and implementation(4) tester software. Detailed design of the software is mainly software designtemperature sensors, humidity sensors, pressure sensors and Zigbee wireless module,and the various parts of the software debugging success.(5) Finally, the smoke (gas) tester has been tested, mainly for work is to testand analysis system debugging and system development environment testermeasurement results.The IOT-based portable automatic smoke (gas) tester can effectively achievethe flue and pollution detection with high sensitivity, fast and accuratemeasurements, showing rapid, stable and long-distance signal transmissionperformance and many other advantages, the smoke (gas) tester has been applied inthe enterprise, to get a better evaluation.
