Information technology has promoted the process of teaching reform.At present,it has been widely used in different stages of education and teaching.Cooking course in secondary vocational school is a practical course.Combining with information technology,students can feel the cooking technique and process more intuitively,and also help to improve the shortcomings and problems existing in the current cooking course teaching.Based on this,this paper discusses the new teaching model and the effect of its application in the light of the concrete case of Yanqi secondary vocational school,taking the integration of cooking curriculum and information technology as the main research content.This research adopts the methods of documentation and investigation.Firstly,the students of Yanqi Vocational and Technical School are taken as the subjects of the questionnaire survey.A total of 141 valid questionnaires are collected.Statistics show that the students of Yanqi Vocational and Technical School are faced with imperfect curriculum system,single teaching methods and means,obsolete teaching content,lack of teachers and reality in the course of setting and implementing cooking curriculum.The lack of training equipment.In order to change this situation,we should actively explore and try new teaching methods.The integration of information technology and cooking curriculum has certain feasibility and advantages.For this reason,this paper chooses 35 high school sophomores as experimental subjects,based on the consideration of the characteristics of cooking courses and the actual situation of students,defines the teaching objectives and process,designs corresponding teaching cases,and obtains the effect of integration of information technology and cooking courses in secondary vocational schools through experimental teaching.The preliminary results show that the integration of information technology and cuisine curriculum helps to improve students' learning enthusiasm and academic performance.The implementation of cooking course should use information technology flexibly,such as collecting relevant knowledge points before class through computer network;making students feel cooking techniques more intuitively through video in class,and recording some students' works;discussing some students' works and prodiction process through We chat and QQ after class,and passing on quick-hand,tremole and We chat friends.Friends circle for display.The implementation of cooking courses and the application of information technology should take students as the main body,cultivate students' habits and abilities of autonomous learning and cooperative learning,enhance students' chances of practical training and the frequency of interactive communication,and create a comprehensive support environment for students' cooking course learning.
