Teaching And Research, Integration Of It And Cooking Classes

In the 21st century, the information technology especially the computer and network technology are widely used in various fields of our society. The society needs the schools enforce the unified education of quality, entirety, individuality and requirement, emphasis the training students' ability of controlling the information technology. With the change of inquiry for talents in our society, Chinese education reformation is taking place a great change , the integration information technology with curriculum is the effective way to train the qualities of information of students. This paper discusses the necessity and importance of integration information technology with cooking curriculum from the point of theory and practice. The paper raises applied practice in the integration information technology with cooking curriculum based systematic method and instructional design theory. The research is designed especially for enhancing the efficiency of cooking learning and fostering students' information literary. The paper comments on the cooking field, but the research of practice not only comment the integrating information technology with cooking curriculum but also the other subjects which are related to cooking field. Based on these theory, this paper provides three cases of integrating information technology with cooking curriculum, together with analyze, evaluation and reflective thinking about them which can be used to verify the research's effect, rationalization and shortcoming when applying into reality. And it turns out to be that the integration of information literacy, creativity and good ecological tendency. These are important references for the research's large use.
