At 21 centuries, human society has entered the era of the knowledge economy. As the core of Computer technology, communication technology, and sensor technology, modern information technology is widely used in various fields. Information technology has spread and applied in the field of education. It reached the purpose of training students'information literacy, raising the overall quality of students, realizing lifelong learning.This text takes cooking as a point, discusses thinking, targets, and models of integrating information technology into cooking curriculum from theories and practice. At first, the text expounds the meaning, the level ,the basic ideas, objectives and significance of integrating information technology into curriculum. The basic ideas and fundamental objective of curriculum integration is training students'information literacy,and making information technology into the cognitive tools,and raising their self-study capacity, the capacity to innovate, such as the ability for self-survival. According to constructivism theory, I understand that the students learning is the main, students learn significance of the initiative is in the process of building, and scenes, cooperation, conversation, and meaning construction is the four elements of the learning environment. Combining of cooking and teaching to the characteristics of the actual situation,through my practice in the integrating information technology into cooking curriculum, It is to be followed " the main course is cooking, cognitive center for students ,integration of materials and paying attention to cultivating students creative thinking and practical ability ". And says more efficient teaching mode in integrating information technology into cooking curriculum and process ,such as classroom lectures on the scene mode, internet-based research learning mode, self-learning mode on campus,and web-based communications format .According to the practice of teaching in cooking, analysed and discussed instructional design in integrating information technology into cooking curriculum. I proposed some effective methods in theory teaching and in practice teaching. Meanwhile made those curriculum integration models applying to theoretical teaching and to practice teaching activities,and cited the case of integrating information technologyof into cooking. And I conducted analysed ,reflected and evaluated these cases.Through my own teaching in cooking, recognized the curriculum integration important role that to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and enhance student's interest in learning, and to improve student ability in practice and innovation plays. while recognized that there are some problems in the process of integration, and put forward specific measures.Integrating information technology into cooking curriculum, makes teachers teach easily, students learn pleased, and raises the teaching quality and the teaching efficiencies enormously. It provides a strong guarantee for student's lifelong learning. Along with the fast development of information technology , curriculum integration will be an inevitable trend, and will be the essential reform in cooking curriculum.
