Coal is the main energy source of China,and its status as the main energy source will not change for a long time.The complete set of equipment for fully mechanized mining face is the core equipment for achieving high-efficiency and safe coal mining.Scraper conveyor is an important equipment in the complete set of fully mechanized mining face equipment.Its reliability and performance directly determine the mining efficiency of the entire fully mechanized mining face.Affected by the time-varying,non-linear and uncertainty of the load,the chain and broken chain accidents of the scraper conveyor occur from time to time,which seriously restricts the production efficiency of the working face.Therefore,a comprehensive and accurate grasp of the dynamic characteristics of the scraper conveyor under complex working conditions is of great significance for ensuring safe and efficient mining.In this thesis,from the perspective of multi-body dynamics and discrete element coupled simulation,the following main research work is carried out:First,taking the SGZ764 scraper conveyor as the research object,a simulation model of the chain drive system is established in Solidworks software,and the simulation model is imported into ADAMS software.From the perspective of multi-body dynamics,it is aimed at a single scraper conveyor.Different driving modes such as driving and dual-driving of the nose and tail,the speed difference of the driving and driven sprocket in the single-driving mode,the number of unstable oscillations of the chain speed in the dual-driving mode,and the left and right swing characteristics are simulated and analyzed.Secondly,the multi-body dynamics and discrete element coupling analysis model of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor is established.In ADAMS and EDEM software,the chain rings at the two ends and the middle position of the same scraper chain are in different load conditions.The speed fluctuations in different directions are analyzed in detail by coupling simulation.Finally,on the basis of multi-body dynamics and discrete element coupling analysis,further from the perspective of spectrum analysis,the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor is studied under no-load,load,and changing conditions from no-load to load.The vibration frequency spectrum law in the two directions of the chain link.This thesis provides a coupled simulation analysis method for studying the dynamic performance of the scraper conveyor.The research work has a certain reference basis for improving the reliability of the scraper conveyor.This thesis contains 39 pictures,6 tables and 100 references.
