The scraper conveyor is one of the important equipment for the transportation of bulk materials in the fully mechanized coal mining face.Once a chain breaking accident occurs,if the failure state is not recognized in time,the broken chain position is prompted and the machine is stopped,the chain links will accumulate and the drive motor will burn.A series of disasters such as damage,waste of human and material resources,especially when the bottom chain is broken,it is the most difficult to find.Therefore,research on the detection method of broken chain fault is the only way to reduce the failure rate and repair cost of the scraper conveyor.The scraper conveyor is the research object,To carry out the research on the related problems of the transient mechanical characteristics of the broken link is the key technology to identify the state of the broken link and determine the position of the broken link.This paper takes the broken chain fault of the scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized coal mining face as the research background,mainly analyzes the transient chain broken process under the influence of abnormal load,studies the form of chain link breakage,and establishes the abnormal load excitation model and corresponding numerical value.Analysis model.Establish a continuous dynamic model that can better reflect the fluctuation of the scraper conveyor,explore its boundary conditions and initial value problems,establish the wave equation when the scraper chain is regarded as a linear elastic body,and perform analytical solutions;analyze the scraperconveyor Chain tension fluctuation problems under starting conditions,stuck chain conditions,and broken chain conditions;based on the Kelvin-Vogit model,considering the meshing rotation of the chain ring and the sprocket,introducing material resistance,chain ring contact model,sprocket-chain ring Contact model,considering the elasticity and gap between the middle grooves of the scraper conveyor,considering the pre-tightening force,establish the dynamic finite element model of the scraper conveyor,use MATLAB to simulate the built model,and fully consider the scraper conveyor The actual working conditions are analyzed,and the chain tension changes of the scraper conveyor under the broken chain fault conditions are analyzed.Finally,using virtual prototype technology,dynamic simulation analysis of the chain drive system based on the theory of multi-body dynamics and contact collision,focusing on the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system under direct starting conditions,chain jams and chain break conditions,and the analysis results reveal The transient mechanical characteristics of the chain link breakage of the scraper conveyor and the change of the chain tension after the chain breakage of the scraper conveyor are discussed.
