Intelligent Control Of WEDM CNC Machine Tool

Wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM)technology is an important part in the field of non-traditional machining.Its machining method belongs to electric corrosion machining.It has the characteristics of small cutting force,simple structure,multi-layer parts processing,high machining efficiency,low failure rate and high machining accuracy.It has great advantages in processing complex precision parts and ultra-high hardness conductor parts.It is favored by major enterprises because it does not rely on tool materials.This paper studies the integration of WEDM and CNC to achieve the purpose of WEDM machine tool CNC.In this paper,the research background and necessity,the development status and application prospect of WEDM technology at home and abroad are described.The design scheme and general structure of the overall CNC system are made.The overall design of the CNC system is carried out.The openness of the system is taken into account.The application of new technology and new products is emphasized,and the existing scientific and technological achievements are fully utilized,Ensure the continuity of CNC system in generality and technology.The selection of numerical control system,the design of servo system,and the design of wire removal mechanism,at the same time,the PLC selection and address column assignment of the silk cut device,and then silk cutprogram is designed.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis and research of the open form of CNC system,the overall CNC system architecture of WEDM machine tool is designed,and the basic control mode of PC +motion control card is determined,and the experimental research is carried out combined with theoverall NC scheme.2.WEDM programming system and its interpolation principle are studied.KS full graphics programming software is used in this paper.This software is a kind of processing software specially used for WEDM in China,which draws the graph track and then converts it into machining program after post-processing.This paper introduces the drawing method of the software and its man-machineinterface.3.A set of silk cut device is designed,including hardware selection,control structure and process design,I / O address assigned,and the return to zero,main program and some subroutines related tothethreading action aredesigned.
