With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the new concept of green environmental protection is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and the demand for household plate surges,however the forest resources of China are seriously insufficient.Therefore,in this experiment,we used corn straw as raw material,green inorganic adhesive as the substrate and cold pressing technology to make environmentally friendly corn straw plate.In the experiment,I used the single factor experiment method to discuss the influence of different process factors on maize straw board.I mainly studied the influence which glue than grass,cold pressing time,pressure size sheet,drying temperature of unmodified processing of corn straw board and modified with silane coupling agent KH550 maize straw board glue had on mechanical properties,moisture absorption,water absorption performance.At the same time,I used infrared spectrometer to make characterization observation of straw board reaction mechanism.Here are some main conclusions.(1)When the unmodified corn straw powder was used to prepare corn straw sheets,the tensile strength and flexural strength of corn straw sheets showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of collodium-straw ratio,drying temperature,pressure and cold pressing time.The maximum tensile strength was 0.191 MPa?0.396 MPa?0.191 MPa and 0.245 MPa.The maximum bending strength was 0.255 MPa?0.344 MPa?0.285 MPa and 0.311 MPa.In summary,when the drying temperature is 80?,the pressure is 6 MPa,the cold pressing time is 5min,the glue-straw ratio is 1:1,the prepared plate T3 had the best comprehensive performance,with the tensile strength of 0.396 MPa,the folding strength of 0.344 MPa.(2)When the modified corn straw powder was used to prepare corn straw plates,the tensile strength and flexural strength of corn straw plates showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of colloidal ratio,drying temperature and pressure.The maximum tensile strength was 1.106 MPa?1.133 MPa?1.505 MPa and the maximum flexural strength was all 2.390 MPa.When the cold pressing time gradually increased,the tensile strength and the bending strength of the corn straw sheet gradually decreased,and the maximum tensile strength and the maximum bending strength were 1.106 MPa and 2.390 MPa,respectively.In summary,when the drying temperature was 80?,the pressure was 6 MPa,the cold pressing time was 5min,and the colloidal ratio was 1:1,the prepared plate R2 had the best performance,with the tensile strength of 1.133 MPa and the folding strength of 2.390 MPa.(3)The tensile strength of the modified straw sheet was 1.9 to 9.3 times that of the unmodified straw sheet,and the bending strength of the modified straw sheet was 2.38 to 10.62 times that of the unmodified straw sheet.It can be seen that the mechanical properties of the straw sheet modified by KH550 silane coupling agent have been greatly improved.
