Hot dip galvanization has an irreplaceable role in solving steel corrosion.At present,the hot dip galvanizing industry in China has reached more than 40 billion yuan.However,the existing hot dip galvanizing products are faced with many technical problems,such as the generation of zinc striation,the size of zinc flower and the control of the uniformity of the edge of zinc flower.After the production field investigation,the existing technology cannot solve the problem of online identification of the size and appearance of zinc flower,so only offline sampling analysis can be taken.However,the online production speed of galvanized sheet is 100?400mm/s,and the loss cannot be recovered by adjusting the galvanized process after sampling.The key to solve this problem lies in the combination of on-line recognition technology of zinc flower and on-line processing technology after recognition.This paper analyzes the image recognition and processing technology at home and abroad,and concludes that using CCD camera technology and BEMD image processing method is an effective zinc flower detection and recognition technology.At the same time,the control technology of hot-dip galvanized zinc flower was systematically studied.Based on the BEMD image detection system and the control technology of hot-dip galvanized zinc flower,a feasible solution of the control technology of hot-dip galvanized zinc flower was finally found.The main research contents are as follows:1.Systematically studied the production status and technical characteristics of hot-dip galvanizing in a steel plant,and continued to solve technical defects and problems;2.Based on the above mentioned technical defects,it is concluded that the online recognition technology of zinc flower of hot galvanized sheet and the online processing technology after identification;3.Proposed image recognition and analysis technology based on CCD camera and BEMD,and proposed implementation and feedback methods;4.Studied the production control technology of small zinc flower,combined with the status quo of the production line,effectively put forward the transformation and implementation plan of small zinc flower technology based on the combination of BEMD image processing technology,and carried out the feasibility analysis of the transformation of zinc flower control project on the basis of BEMD knowledge system and hot-dip galvanizing technology;5.Analyzed the BEMD method and hot galvanizing process of application in image processing,finally through the analysis of the system got the hot dip galvanized zinc particle size distribution characteristic curve,and galvanizing particle size distribution curve represents the galvanized quality directly,through the curve compared with galvanized samples database standard curve,feedback can be galvanized defects,depending on the type of defects can online adjust the galvanizing technology implementation process;6.After analyzing the technical and economic benefits of the project,it is concluded that the technical cost and annual economic benefits of the project are about 4.11 million yuan and 3.75 million yuan respectively.Saving 1250 tons of steel can save 180 tons of coal,25,000 tons of water,500,000 KWH of electricity,reduce a lot of waste gas pollution,with obvious social benefits.
