Vibrating Stress Relief(VSR)was born to remove residual stress of metal components with high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving.Traditional vibrating stress relief has been widely used in the market and factories,and has achieved good results.The design of this paper is based on the main load of the magnetic vibration exciter as the power supply,and its goal is to realize the adjustable output function of the vibration aging exciter vibrating stress relief;its design is based on the technology of programmable power supply to achieve high-precision output.This paper formulates the overall realization plan of the vibrating stress relief power supply;puts forward design schemes around several key technologies of frequency modulation,voltage adjustment and high-precision output;selects appropriate external circuits to form a complete vibrating stress relief power supply.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:Firstly,through the analysis of the design purpose of the vibrating stress relief power supply,the OMAPL138 chip is selected as the main control circuit.OMAPL138 chip can not only realize digital signal processor but also build human-computer interaction system by integrating DSP and ARM core.Secondly,in the waveform generation technology,the DSP chip simulates direct digital synthesis(DDS)technology to achieve arbitrary waveform and frequency output of the vibrating stress relief power supply.Use the DSP analog programmable gain amplifier to adjust the output voltage,and use the method of maximizing the dynamic range of the digitally processed signal to achieve the voltage gain.Then,in the optimization technology of the vibrating stress relief power supply system,the output signal is collected by adding a hall current sensor to the power output end,and returned to the OMAPL138 chip via the RS845 bus,and the PID optimization adjustment is performed in comparison with the set parameter value.According to the functions and parameters of the software design,suitable hardware is selected to form the external circuit of the vibrating stress relief power supply,and two protection methods are designed for the entire power circuit.Finally,based on the Linux system,a human-computer interaction interface was written,an experimental platform for the vibrating stress relief power supply was built,and the output of the power supply was tested and analyzed using the human-computer interaction interface.Test results show that the system not only meets the design expectations but also meets the accuracy requirements.
