In view of the limitations and hysteresis of the traditional monitoring system,this paper studies and designs an all-round,high-precision,high-real-time online printing press monitoring system.Based on the analysis of the structure of the gravure printing machine,according to the structure of the printing roller and ink roller of the gravure printing machine,the hardware design structure scheme of the online monitoring system is given.The system hardware uses Win CE7 system's embedded touch screen and industrial camera as the main body,and also uses switches,switching power supplies,proximity switches,photoelectric encoders and other components.Through the analysis of design requirements,choose safe,reliable and appropriate hardware.The thesis has studied the more efficient and reliable Gigabit Ethernet protocol based on the communication theory.This system uses the Gigabit Ethernet protocol as the communication method between the camera and the touch screen.Compared with the original communication method,on the one hand,it increases the transmission speed of the picture.On the other hand,the reliability of the data is improved.Based on the camera image processing principle,the working principle of the Balser camera is studied,the camera register is configured and the picture is taken.By studying the debugging method of the embedded touch screen of Win CE7 system,the C ++ library function is used to operate the picture.This paper designs and develops the software of the overall system,and makes improvements and optimizations based on the embedded operating system,which improves the efficiency and speed of the system.The system communication is based on the Gigabit Ethernet protocol and can control Balser industrial cameras to achieve high-speed photography and display images on the touch screen.Compared with the traditional monitoring system,the newly designed online monitoring system has a higher communication rate and higher real-time image display,which is more in line with the requirements of modern printing machines for high-speed printing.The system can real-time capture the user's area of interest,upload it to the touch screen in real time.The actual test proves that the system can make the operator more convenient to observe the printed matter,and the accuracy of the observation is higher,which improves the efficiency of the printing press and reduces the rate of waste.
