Research On Operation Safety Risks And Emergency Management Of Expressway In Winter Olympics

In recent years,the mileage of expressway is increasing day by day,which is an important infrastructure for the development of national economy.In the process of expressway operation,production safety accidents and emergencies are increasing day by day.Managers should use scientific methods to identify all kinds of operation safety risks,carry out safety risk assessment,establish a sound highway emergency system,formulate scientific and feasible emergency plans,effectively reduce the occurrence of production safety accidents and emergencies,and help reduce the impact of accidents.The 2022 Winter Olympics will be held in Chongli,Beijing.It is of great practical and political significance to study the risk assessment and emergency management of expressway operation safety in the context of Olympic Games,improve the level of risk management of expressway operation safety,ensure the safe operation of expressway,and ensure the success of the Winter Olympic Games.Based on the theory of highway operation safety risk management and emergency management,this paper firstly introduces the research status,research methods and practice in this field at home and abroad.For the games under the background of high-speed rizo zhangjiakou section,based on the current operating status quo,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the highway operation safety risk evaluation,risk from toll station security,service security risks,work area security risks,night life safety risk,maintenance,operation safety and environmental management risk and so on six link,the comprehensive analysis of the operational safety risk factors,a comprehensive consideration service vehicles in the area of management,gas station operation,maintenance and operation management,such as response to the bad weather,traffic congestion in the face of the 34 the influence degree of the risk,risk evaluation index system,clear the index weight,The fuzzy evaluation matrix is established to evaluate the risk of operation safety.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward for the emergency management of Zhangjiakou section of Zhangcheng Expressway during the Winter Olympic Games,including the establishment of special laws,the establishment and improvement of the preplan system,the improvement of the emergency guarantee mechanism,and the strengthening of emergency management measures.
