In this dissertation,the polyphenolic compounds in Hawthorn were extracted,separated and purified.The components of polyphenolic compounds were identified and analyzed.Cell experiments were conducted on polyphenolic compounds and a functional chewable tablet was further developed.The study has important guiding significance and application value for the deep processing and utilization of hawthorn resources and the research of health functions in hawthorn.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to study the extraction process of polyphenols in Hawthorn.First,a single factor test was conducted,and a response surface test was designed on the basis of the appropriate level to determine the optimum extraction process conditions.The optimal conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction were extraction temperature of 55°C,ethanol concentration of 70% and extraction time of 20 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of hawthorn polyphenols was41.33 mg/g.After separation and purification by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin column,and concentration and lyophilization,the polyphenol composition in Hawthorn was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that there were 11 kinds of polyphenols in Hawthorn Hawthorn.Polyphenols Monomers,Chlorogenic Acid Derivatives,Chlorogenic Acid,Proanthocyanidin B2,Centaurea 3 Galactoside,Epicatechin,Proanthocyanidin Trimer II,Proanthocyanidin Tetramer III,Proanthocyanidin Trimer I,Proanthocyanidins The contents of dimer I,hyperoside,and isoquercitrin were 2.679%,9.101%,12.957%,3.848%,12.555%,6.382%,5.165%,2.354%,2.515%,3.594%and 3.807%,respectively.The protective effects of polyphenols on the oxidative damage and photoaging of UVB radiation cells were studied.The results showed that polyphenols could effectively increase the production of MDA and ROS in cells and protect cells from oxidative damage.When the concentration of polyphenols was 5 ?g/m L.At the same time,SOD and GSH-Px levels were significantly increased,and SOD,GSH-Px and CAT were significantly increased at 10 ?g/m L;high doses of polyphenols significantly reduced the secretion of MMP-1,MMP-1 The content is only 169.19 ng/mgprot.Based on the antioxidant properties of hawthorn polyphenols,a functional chewable tablet was developed for hawthorn lyophilized powder: polyphenol lyophilized powder(column/uncolumn),mannitol: lactose(filler)and a Spartan sweeteners(flavors)were subjected to three single-factor experiments,optimized by orthogonal experiments to arrive at the best process.The optimal formula obtained from the test was: hawthorn lyophilized powder: 2:1 polyphenol lyophilized powder,2:5 filler and 0.8% sweetener.The polyphenol chewable tablet prepared by the formula has a complete shape,a smooth surface,a uniform color and a delicate taste.Moderate hardness.Because Hawthorn's polyphenols have a variety of health functions,and Hawthorn powder has a unique palatability,a functional health swallow pill is developed for the functional properties of polyphenols(columns);for its palatability(However,Column),developed a casual chewable tablet.The chewable tablets are easy to carry and the administration method is simple.Therefore,hawthorn polyphenol chewable tablets have a wide application prospect.This test provides a theoretical basis for the application of hawthorn polyphenol chewable tablets.
