Silk-screen printing originated in China,with the great vision of China's "Belt and Road" proposed,the silk-screen printing industry ushered in new opportunities.The existing screen printing equipment in China has the characteristics of low equipment quality,low precision and speed;slow development of digitization and low stability.In particular,the large-format automatic glass screen printing equipment,there are many factors affecting the quality of screen printed glass and it is difficult to control.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and analyze the printing system of automatic glass screen printing machine in order to improve the adaptability of products and solve practical problems.First of all,this paper analyzes and discusses the Development Status of screen printing technology and equipment,and summarizes the deficiencies of domestic screen printing equipment compared with foreign ones,the dominant position of the automatic glass screen printing machine in the printing industry is demonstrated.Secondly,this paper analyzes the glass screen printing process,according to the printing principle,printing process,and printing equipment characteristics,determine the overall design of the automatic glass screen printing machine,analysis of the printing equipment parts of the action process,the design parameters of the automatic glass screen printing machine are listed,and the main mechanisms are designed.Thirdly,the Process factors which affect the quality of screen printing glass are analyzed,and it is concluded that printing pressure,distribution of picture and text,screen size,screen deformation,system resonance and other factors will affect the quality of screen printing.Then the structure of the printing system is designed,and the components are selected,calculated and verified.The system meets the requirements of printing process and printing equipment.Finally,based on the structural design and theoretical analysis of the printing system,a three-dimensional model of the stencil holding and Stencil adjusting mechanism is established by using Solid Works software,and the model is introduced into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench for static analysis and modal analysis,to verify that each part of the mechanism meets the mechanical requirements of the printing operation,that the inherent vibration frequency and mode of the mechanism meet the requirements of the safe operation,that the screen printing range meets the requirements,and that the printing quality can be improved by presetting the screen spacing to reduce the printing pressure,it provides the technical guidance and theoretical basis for the actual printing process.
