Research On The Function Design Of Three-in-one Outdoor Jacket Based On Open Ventilation

With the improvement of national living standards and health awareness,outdoor sports have become the choice for more and more urban youth to relax.Compared to professional players,more outdoor sports enthusiasts pursue clothing not limited to sports wearing.At the same time,it must meet the needs of commuting.The market positioning of the three-in-one outdoor jacket is aimed at outdoor sports enthusiasts in a variety of social environments.To achieve a better combination of outdoor sports and commuting clothing,based on related research and theoretical background,in this paper we carry out a research on the functional design of the three-in-one outdoor jacket from the following four aspects:The first part is a pre-experiment.For K brand three female triad outdoor ski-wear,objective evaluation of thermal comfort experiment.The first purpose is to understand the functional design and dressing comfort of the brand's existing products,and the second is to study the skin surface temperature changes and main sweating areas of various parts of the human body during exercise while wearing a three-in-one jacket,and provide an improvement direction for the subsequent functional design of the jacket.The second part is to learn the basic theories and related applications of the three functional design methods of FEA model,Clothing Taskscape model,and double diamond model.Based on the three design methods,sort out the research methods applied to the functional design of this topic,including market research,in-depth interviews and user scene observation.Through the above three research methods to analyze user needs and provide element support for the determination of the design plan.The third part is to integrate literature research,existing product clothing evaluation experiments,market research,in-depth interviews,and user scene observations to analyze the design elements generated by five research methods.Based on the improved FEA model,the design plan of the threein-one outdoor jacket is sorted out from the four aspects of comfort,function,performance,choice and purchase.and mainly in the triad charge the clothes in the chest,armpits,hem,back to open the ventilation design.In the fourth part,a subjective and objective dressing comparison experiment was carried out for the three-in-one jacket with open ventilation design and the blank control group without ventilation design,to explore the functional effects of open ventilation design in jackets and the three-in-one outdoor jackets dress comfort studied in this research.According to the analysis results of the subjective and objective dress comparison experiment on the two jackets whether ventilation design,combined with the subjective feelings of the subjects,it can be found that the open ventilation design on the front chest,hem,back,and underarms is better for the underclothes.The ventilation of the environment has obvious effects,which can enhance the chimney effect and promote the air exchange between the inside and outside of the clothing,as to improve the user in the process of sports dress comfort.According to the analysis results of the subjective and objective dress comparison experiment on the two jackets whether ventilation design,combined with the subjective feelings of the subjects,it can be found that the open ventilation design on the front chest,hem,back,and underarms is better for the underclothes.The ventilation of the environment has obvious effects,which can enhance the chimney effect and promote the air exchange between the inside and outside of the clothing,as to improve the user in the process of sports dress comfort.
