Air tightness of chemical protective clothing as a typical individual protective equipment of dangerous chemical accident,has been widely used in field of emergency rescue in our country,due to China's vast land,in the process of using accident environment temperature span is larger,the phenomenon of gas tightness chemical protective clothing the safety and comfort of put forward higher requirements.Air tightness chemical protective clothing will have an impact on the effective protection of toxic gases at different ambient temperatures,and its internal local thermal resistance changes caused by local heat accumulation in the internal space and other related problems.Once these problems appear in the accident rescue work,they will cause great harm to rescue workers.Therefore,in this paper,the air tightness chemical protective clothing,a typical individual protective equipment in the emergency rescue site,was selected as the research object,aiming at the safety and thermal comfort of the air tightness chemical protective clothing,the temperature experiment was taken as a typical test to carry out experimental research.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Research on the change law of the airtight performance of airtight chemical protective clothing at different ambient temperatures.According to the research requirements of the safety performance of typical air-tight chemical protective clothing at different ambient temperatures,a test platform for the air-tightness of air-tight chemical protective clothing was built,and the relevant calculation formula for the internal pressure attenuation rate of the air-tight chemical protective clothing was established.Compare the air-tightness of 3 different materials(polyethylene,propylene,chlorinated butyl rubber)air-tight chemical protective clothing at an ambient temperature of 10 to 70 ?.The experimental results show that the airtight performance of chemical protective clothing increases at 10-25 ? and decreases at 25-50 ? after treatment under different environmental conditions;the failure temperature of polyethylene chemical protective clothing is 66 ?,and the failure temperature of the other two materials It is 50 ?.This experimental study can provide technical support for the environmental adaptability test and evaluation of personal protective equipment.2.Research on the variation law of thermal resistance of air-tight chemical protective clothing at different ambient temperatures.According to the research needs of the comfort performance of the airtight chemical protective clothing at different ambient temperatures,the local thermal resistance of each part of the airtight chemical protective clothing under the environment of-15?30 ? is tested through the thermal manikin device.Established the relevant calculation formula for the total average thermal resistance of airtight chemical protective clothing,compared the average thermal resistance of each part at the same temperature,and calculated the airtight chemical protective clothing in series at an ambient temperature of-15?30? Compare with the total thermal resistance calculated by the parallel method.The experimental results show that the total thermal resistance of the airtight chemical protective clothing at an ambient temperature of-15? is reduced by 17%compared to that at an ambient temperature of 25?;the average thermal resistance of the thighs,shoulders,and stomach under the same ambient temperature is higher,which is easy Cause local heat accumulation.In the average thermal resistance of the same part at different ambient temperatures,the local thermal resistance of the shoulder,back,and buttocks varies greatly.Through two different total thermal resistance calculation methods,the total thermal resistance of the airtight chemical protective clothing is calculated by the parallel method,which is 10% less than the total thermal resistance measured by the series method.This experimental study provides data support for the comfort test and evaluation of personal protective equipment.Figure[17] table[4] reference[58]...
