With the increasing improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for clothing tend to be more functional,intelligent and even diversified.The one-way moisture-transport fabric is a kind of functional textiles which can meet the requirements of human comfort.It forms a differential capillary effect by constructing the difference between the inner and outer layers of the fabric to form a differential capillary effect,and transfers the sweat discharged from the human skin from the inner layer to the outer layer.And quickly diffuse into the air,so as to achieve the function of one-way moisture-transport,and ensure the wearing comfort of the clothing.The commonly used preparation method of one-way moisture-transport fabric is discontinuous,while the method of online spray-coating finishing water repellent agent on the inner layer of the fabric is a continuous process.The one-way moisture-transport fabric has the characteristics of high efficiency and short process.In this paper,the weft knitted double-layer fabric with the outer layer of raw cotton and the inner layer of polyester is used as the research object.Based on the on-line spray-coating,the water repellent agent is coated on the inner layer of the fabric.After a series of treatments,the fabric with one-way moisture-transport function is obtained on the premise of shortening the required preparation process.Three experimental schemes were designed to treat the fabric.The main process flow was as follows: Scheme(1)pretreatment(scouring)?dyeing?online spray-coating(water repellent);Scheme(2)online spray-coating ? pretreatment ? dyeing ? one-way moisture absorption and quick drying finishing;Scheme(3)pretreatment?online spray-coating?dyeing?one-way moisture absorption and quick-dry finishing.Firstly,the process conditions of online spray-coating were studied,and the static contact Angle and water retention rate were taken as Evaluation indicators.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: the dosage of water repellent was 50%(o.w.f.),the spraying rate was 0.10 m L/s,and the spraying distance was 10 cm.Secondly,according to the order of pretreatment and online spray-coating in Scheme(2)and Scheme(3),two experimental schemes of scouring before water repellent and scouring after water repellent were selected to compare.Liquid moisture management tester(MMT)was used to test the one-way moisture-transport function of the fabric,and the influence of scouring on water repellent effect was discussed.The optimal process conditions of the two schemes were obtained by orthogonal test,and the one-way moisture-transport fabric under the optimal process conditions was prepared.The one-way moisture-transport fabric prepared by the above process was dyed with Reactive Orange 5 or Disperse Blue to obtain the fabric with Reactive Orange 5 on the outer layer(cotton)and the fabric with Disperse Blue on the inner layer(polyester).The color parameters(K/S value,L*,a*,b*)of the dyed fabric was characterized by spectrophotometer,and the one-way moisture-transport function of the fabric was tested by MMT.Whether online spray-coating will affect the subsequent dyeing effect of the fabric,and whether the dyeing process conditions will affect one-way moisture-transport function of the fabric.The comprehensive analysis of the above color indicators and the corresponding MMT test results shows that the online spray-coating has little effect on the dyeing effect,and the dyeing has little effect on the one-way moisture-transport function.The fabric is one-way moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing,and the effect of moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing on the one-way moisture-transport is studied.Finally,the one-way moisture-transport function of the fabric is tested with MMT,and the optimal process conditions were as follows: moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing agent concentration:1 %(o.w.f.),the baking temperature is 160 ?,and the baking time is 90s.
