Research On Risk Management About Construction Project Of Iron&Steel Logistics Park By Jingtang Company

Project risk management is an important work in the process of project management,the goal is to identify the risks associated with the project system,improve management and evaluation,and thus the project execution results,the implementation of security projects to the largest extent with the minimum cost.Product logistics park construction project as the rapid development of the logistics industry,construction speed,large scale,on the one hand,the construction of the logistics park is conducive to the sustainable development to promote the logistics industry,on the other hand,the construction of the logistics park most often overlooked the comprehensive consideration for demand,competition,planning,investment and other aspects.The logistics park project is facing a huge social risk and economic risk.In this paper,through the research on risk management of steel logistics park construction project of Jingtang company,risk of construction projects of logistics park identification,assessment,response and control systematic research.This paper uses the theory of project risk management,through the method of literature review,expert investigation,AHP is introduced to identify the steel logistics park construction project of Jingtang potential risks,then summarized and sort the risk factors,forming a risk rating of the project in the index system;then introduced the establishment of project risk evaluation model the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the risk of the project,calculate the overall project risk and key risk factors;finally,according to the project risk identification and evaluation results,formulate measures and control methods of project risk.Through the research for the steel logistics park construction project Jingtang company risk,the main conclusions of this paper are in the process of project risk management,risk identification is the basis of risk evaluation is the key to control the risk is fundamental,each link is closely connected,interlocking;in risk identification should be done carefully,identify potential risks of all projects;in the aspect of risk evaluation should choose a scientific risk assessment method,to ensure that the evaluation result is correct;in terms of risk response and control,should choose and control risk response method is scientific,reasonable and suitable.This paper extends the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the process of project risk management,and also provides a tool and method for the project risk evaluation.In addition,the research of this paper also has reference and guiding significance for other logistics park construction project risk management.
