In today's world,China is in the midst of a period of intensive technological innovation.Under this background,China has proposed to enhance its ability to innovate in science and technology,increase the level of scientific and technological contributions,and inject fresh activity into economic development.To this end,the state has issued a series of policy documents,increasing the investment in science and technology.Oil is a precious resource of China.The amount of oil resources reserves is directly related to the sustainable and healthy development of oil companies,and more serious can affect the development of the national economy.In recent years,XY Oilfield has always advocated quality improvement and efficiency,and needs to rely on scientific and technological progress to improve labor productivity.Therefore,measuring the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is of great significance to the development of enterprises,and can better reflect the problems in the development of petroleum enterprises..Based on the above background,based on the literature research,combined with the theory of new economic growth and equal benefit surface method,this paper analyzes the selection of input quantity,selects the original value of fixed assets,the number of employees in the branch,and the remaining recoverable reserves.The output indicator first uses the real option method to convert the new geological reserves into parts of future reserves.Adding the reserves indicator to the oil and gas equivalent indicator and considering the natural decreasing factor,the ideal output is obtained.The DEA-corrected Solo residual method is used to measure the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in XY oilfield,and the results are analyzed,and relevant countermeasures are proposed.The result: in2007-2012,the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress was 47.53%,and the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in 2013-2017 was 68.31%.It can be seen that with the development of the economy,the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of XY oilfields is on the rise.Although the results of some years are fluctuating,the overall situation is good.Therefore,indicating the level of scientific and technological progress has become an important condition for the development of oilfield enterprises.This research has greatly helped the oilfield enterprises to position their scientific and technological progress,enriched the data of measuring the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of petroleum enterprises,and provided a reference for the research on the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of oilfield enterprises.
