The unstable factors of international crude oil prices are increasing day by day.The price of crude oil has experienced significant fluctuations in 2014-2018.The operation of oilfield companies in China faces many challenges.Faced with the unpredictable external business environment and the increased internal pressure of operating pressure,China's oilfield companies began to shift the focus from production targets to value creation. The change of management concept is inevitably accompanied by the change of enterprise management performance appraisal to ensure that oilfield enterprises have clear indicators for self-assessment and internal improvement. At present, the management performance evaluation system of oilfield enterprises has not been established in time.By dividing the reservoir management process into eight key management links, combined with the key success factors of oilfield enterprises, and using the balanced scorecard tool, the performance of reservoir management performance evaluation including 8first-level indicators and 39 second-level indicators was finally formed. At the same time, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of performance indicators. The efficiency coefficient method is used to comprehensively score the four dimensions of oilfield enterprise financial performance, relevant stakeholders, internal processes and learning and growth, and the model construction of management performance index system is completed. Finally, through the simulation experiment, the reservoir management performance of L oilfield is comprehensively evaluated, and the reservoir management performance evaluation system is proposed from three aspects: transformation of cost management concept, integration of exploration and development integration model and improvement of management mechanism.
