ESP production systems as the most important way offshore oilfield,which is to ensure continued stable and Increase production play an irreplaceable role in the oil fields.However,with the extend oil exploration journey and the increase intensity of drilling for oil,sand phenomenon more and more serious,direct threat to the production of ESP adaptability,which stopping the pump fluid of sand deposits blocking the single flow valve caused by sand buried,sand cards and sand blocking as one of the important factors that affect the production of ESP adaptation,while the traditional single flow valve,drain valve operation complicated,high cost.Therefore the urgent need to design a downhole tool that solve the sand buried,sand card and sand plug problem,simultaneously instead of the traditional single flow valve and drain valve,for this problem,we carried out a design and test of ESP production systems supporting the automatic commutation and prevent sand of valve.On the basis of the research literature about the ESP production systems supporting prevent sand tool,based on ESP production systems supporting the automatic commutation and prevent sand of valve should be a single stream and drainage features to design two programs,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two programs,and preferably the second program,determining the second sand buried program for the final design.It is working process being specific stress analysis,design and calculation of which the core components spring.Application the Fulent software simulate the process of the fluid flow through the valve to obtain a valve body pressure field and velocity field distribution,comprehensive analysis of the single flow seal tube end face cone angle and the size of annular through holes to the valve influence of local resistance loss,we get different pressure drop curves by using a different cone angle of the end face and the annular through holes.On this basis,we have selected the better structure of the valve.Using ABAQUS software for it's weak member single-stream of the sealing tube stress simulation calculation,the results prove that the single-stream of the sealing tube through a high pressure fluid,the high pressure fluid will not damage it.On this basis,design appropriate test procedures carried out on-site laboratory simulation start the pump and stop the pump test,analysis simulation start pump and stop pump recording test data,test results shows that the automatic commutation and prevent sand of valve performance stable and reliable,achieve the desired effect.After promotion,it has been successfully applied in offshore oilfield.Based on the above analysis,the overall design and development of s the automatic commutation and prevent sand of valve.
