Research On Cost Fine Management Of Gudao Oil Production Plant

In recent years,although China’s petroleum enterprises have made great achievements in cost management,with the development of oil fields entering the middle and late stages,the main oilfields have been continuously developed for more than 50 years,the reserve resources are insufficient,the water content is increasing year by year,the natural decline is aggravating,the development cost is increasing,and the management is becoming more and more difficult.This control is becoming more and more difficult.In addition,the world economic pattern has brought about a major impact,oil prices have fallen severely,fluctuations,market competition for thousands of sails,oil mining enterprises undoubtedly bear tremendous pressure.Obviously,the original cost management method has been unable to adapt to the development of the situation.Then,how can we thoroughly change the original extensive management method;how can we realize the benign cycle of management mechanism,so that all staff can deeply understand the new cost fine management ideas and concepts;and how can we reduce the cost of oil production,and at the same time strengthen cost management to improve economic efficiency Target has become an important problem faced by many oil production plants.This paper investigates and analyzes the cost management situation of Gudao Oil Production Plant.It is found that the conventional production management and cost control can not meet the needs of the current situation.Although the fine cost management of the oil production plant has been put into practice,there are still some problems in cost budget,control and evaluation.These problems affect the production of Gudao Oil Production Plant.The exertion of the fine man agement of factory cost restricts the economic efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,in order to better develop the oil production plant,we must take the road of fine management.On the basis of the research on the improvement of cost fine management in G udao Oil Production Plant,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the cost fine management of Gudao Oil Production Plant,objectively analyzes the root causes of the problems through the combination of theory and practice,seeks t he deep-seated causes leading to these problems,and then adopts targeted optimization countermeasures.Make a contribution to the better and faster development of the oil extraction plant.
