There are many constraints in the actual packaging material production process.How to establish a reasonable and efficient production plan under the constraint conditions is the common demand of packaging material manufacturers.This subject is based on the actual demand for the development of the production line operation management software of the packaging material intelligent factory of company A,and the key background technologies involved in production scheduling,material management and material forecasting are studied.The main research contents are as follows:First,through a specific analysis of the characteristics of the packaging material production line,the constraint conditions in the production process are determined.On this basis,the production scheduling model of packaging material production line is researched and established,and a hybrid algorithm is optimized and designed to solve the model problem by combining genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.Secondly,in view of the problem of coil stock guarantee at the production site of the enterprise,the relevant solutions for material demand calculation and inventory management are explored.The material requirement calculation scheme is based on the product BOM list and the company's production plan to calculate the quantity and time of the material required,based on the difference between the actual material demand and the inventory,and explores the generation mechanism of the shortage procurement plan;for inventory management,quantitative procure-ment based on basic inventory The model explores the procurement plan generation mechanism to ensure that the inventory of the production coils material of the enterprise is above the safety stock.Then,the research and establishment of the demand forecasting model for the main materials of the packaging material production enterprises.Analyze the historical consumption of a certain material in the company,compare the prediction effects of the three-time exponential smoothing method,the ML.NET framework time series algorithm and the ARIMA model on the material modeling,select the ARIMA prediction model with the best effect among the three,and realize the material Forecast the demand within a certain time to achieve an efficient inventory manage-ment model.Finally,the material management and production scheduling test software based on the needs of the enterprise was developed,and the functions of production planning,material management and material forecasting were realized.
