A new type of glass fiber reinforced composite insulation board product has a very high market value and environmental protection significance.However,due to the special nature of the new material preparation process,there is currently no suitable chemical equipment to complete the material preparation in the line production,so that the the new product marketization is curbed.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the key technologies of this new fiber reinforced thermal insulation board material preparation equipment.This article first analyzes the material preparation process and clarifies the process difficulties and equipment requirements.Furthermore,the corresponding technical route was formulated,pointing out that the vibrating feed technology and glass fiber non-melt mixed output technology were the key points,and a set of design schemes for the preparation equipment meeting the process requirements was formed.In the research of vibration feeding technology,this paper derives the motion condition formula of the feeder which can make the fiber produce the required throw and forward glide.Then,the discrete element method(DEM)was used to simulate the feeder model,verifying the correctness of the conditional expressions,and discussing the effects of vibration feeding effects and different motion parameters on the effects.In the study of fiber mixing technology,a new type of triangular prism full-mesh eccentric mixing element is designed in this paper,its design theory is explained in detail,and a mathematical model of the volume of the mixing cavity and the conveying capacity of the element is established through geometric principles.Based on this,a CAD program for this component is developed to improve the efficiency of design analysis.Finally,this paper analyzes the effects of component mixing characteristics,spiral configuration parameters,and component speed on the mixed flow field by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.The key technologies of new material preparation are studied by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.All of the result are aim to provide the necessary ideas,methods and theoretical preparations for the actual design and manufacture of equipment.
