FRP material has many advantages,such as quality,corrosion resistance,high strength and so on.It is widely used in building industry,petrochemical industry,transportation industry,electronic communication and military industry and other fields.FRP storage tanks are widely used in liquid storage and sewage treatment.However,after the long aging of FRP,the structure and performance of the product decline,resulting in failure and economic loss.For the detection of glass steel material,in service during the examination is an important method to maintain the safe operation of the vibration detection method is not only the performance of detection products(including physical and mechanical properties)the important method,It is one of the effective ways to detect the debonding damage of FRP composite materials by vibrating test.First of all,this paper designed and fabricated steel tanks lined with glass and metal test model,through the use of commonly used materials for FRP tanks for percussion percussion test,calculate the FRP composite dispersion curve,compared with stainless steel material propagation distance,amplitude attenuation is slow,with symmetrical dispersion curve mode;made of stainless steel material,impact test standard and manual inspection,design of mechanical vibration tooling and processing of the kind.By using tool for FRP tanks for vibration test,the glass steel tank signal and propagation,through the nonlinear regression analysis obtained the angle velocity propagation model;vibration signal frequency is 30~60kHz,and verify the FRP composite dispersion curve;the hammer glass steel tank based on vibration test to explore the effects of storage tanks,used for different periods of time of vibration signal,establishes a model of tank spread of different service life.HHT signal processing technology of metal glass lined steel strip specimen vibration test based on the threshold method,signal analysis,signal amplitude obtained after debonding defects is lower than the normal area after the amplitude of the signal the further identification of regional vibration signal out stick;signal reflection principle combined with time delay technology of metal liner based on glass Finally,in the MATLAB environment,the reflection time of debonding defects is extracted,and the location of the debonding defects of FRP inner lining metal plate is realized by Time difference location method.It provides a detection method for the detection of debonding defects in FRP storage tank.
